A Note About Our 180-Day Return Policy.
It's unusual, and it's intentional.
Most brands give you 30 days. A few give you 60. The industry standard exists because returns are expensive, and shorter windows mean fewer of them.
We give you 180 days because we've thought about this differently.
A woman trying a bra for the first time — in a store, under fluorescent lights, over the clothes she happened to be wearing that day — is not trying a bra. She's guessing. She doesn't know how it performs at 3pm on a Wednesday. She doesn't know how the fabric feels after washing. She doesn't know whether the fit that seemed right in a dressing room still seems right six weeks later when her body has changed slightly, as bodies do.
