• What are UO VIP Rewards?

  UO VIP Rewards is the name of our loyalty program. We created the UO VIP to reward you for shopping with us. Membership is complimentary, and when you join, you'll be eligible to earn points and receive perks. You can earn points by shopping on Underoutfit.com, following us on social media, writing product reviews, and more. Redeem your points for exclusive rewards on Underoutfit.com

• How Do I Join?

  If you already have an account with us, simply log-in to your Underoutfit account. If you don’t have one, you’ll have create an account to be able to enjoy your rewards.

• Does it cost anything to join?

  Membership is entirely free, and you can earn and redeem rewards without any additional charges. You can earn points by purchasing Underoutfit on our site or through other listed actions.

• How can I earn points?

  You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on qualified purchases, minus discounts, returns, taxes, and fees. You can also earn points by completing tasks described on the Underoutfit rewards home page. There is no limit to how many points you can earn, make sure you’re logged in to your account at checkout.

• How do I earn points for leaving review?

  Two weeks after your purchase, you will receive an automated email asking you to leave a review. Click through the verified link and leave a review. Once your review is submitted, you will receive 50 points. Points earned for reviews are limited to 1x per order placed.

• I left a review, why didn’t earn points?

  Only verified reviews are eligible to earn points. This means that you must leave your review using the verified link that was sent to you via email after purchasing the item(s) through Underoutfit .com to receive points.

• How do the loyalty tiers work?

  Your membership tier is based on how many points you have earned in a rolling 12 month period. You will start as Bronze status and move up from there as you accumulate more points.

  Once you enter a new tier, you will have one year from that entry date to enjoy the benefits and retain your status.

  After 1 year you will either move/ keep the tier that you are eligible for based on your annual spend.  Each tier comes with its own benefits which are described above.

• How do you know when I have reached a new tier?

  When your total spend cross a tier threshold , we'll send you an email welcoming you to the next tier.

• What can points be redeemed for?

  For discounts on your Underoutfit.com purchases. The savings you can receive are listed above in redeem points for savings at checkout.

• How can I redeem points?

  To redeem points for a savings off your order, you can simply redeem at checkout

• How do I check my point balance?

  Once logged in, you can check your points balance on both the rewards page and your account page.

• When do new points post to my account?

  As soon as you complete a points-eligible action or purchase and the order is marked is fulfilled, the points will automatically appear in your account.

• Can I combine points with an additional code?

  Unfortunately points redeemed for discounts cannot be combined with any other discount or offer.

• Do my points expire?

  Points expire if you have not earned or redeemed any points within the last 12 months. 

  The points will be expired from the date they were earned.

• What happens to my points if I return a purchase?

  The points value of the returned product(s) will be debited from your overall balance.
